Declaration on duty to inform

The protection of your personal data is of high concern to us. We therefore only process your data based on legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this information on privacy policy we will inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the context of our website.

If you contact us by filling in the contact form on our website or sending us an email your data will be stored on our servers for 6 months so we are able to respond to your request and to get back to you if necessary. We will not forward this data to third-party persons or businesses.

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files which are added to your device by the browser. They do not cause any harm.
We use cookies in order to make our service more user-friendly. Some cookies stay on your device until you decide to delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent so you can only allow it in certain cases. However, if you reject cookies you may not be able to use all of the features and functionalities of our site.

Notice of liability:
Whilst all care is given, we cannot guarantee any liability for the content of external links. The accountability for content on external sites lies solely with the site owners/operators.

Website data/ server logfiles
The provider (or his webspace provider) collect data on every visit to the website (so-called server logfiles). Amongst the website data are:

Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, success message when accessed successfully, browser type and version, operating system of the user, referring URL (website accessed before), IP address and requesting provider.

The provider uses the protocol data only for statistical analysis for the use of the company, security and optimising the offering. The provider reserves the right to check the data should there be any indications of illegal usage.

Integration of services and content of third parties
It may happen that content of third parties are integrated in this website (e.g. YouTube videos, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or images). This requires that the provider of this content (herein after referred to as “third-party provider”) views the IP address of users because without the IP address the content could not be sent to the user’s browser. The IP address is therefore necessary for displaying the content. We try to integrate only content of third-party providers that use the IP address only for displaying the content. However, we can’t prevent them from saving the IP address e.g. for statistical analysis. As far as this is known to us we will inform users about it.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics which is an advertising analysis tool by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so called cookies. These are text files which are saved to your computer and allow us to analyse how you use our website. The information collected by the cookie about your use of the website (including IP address) are transferred by Google to the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to analyse your website use, to create reports about website activities for advertisers and to provide other services connected to the use of the website and the internet. If applicable, Google will also transfer this information to third parties if it is legally required or if third parties process this data by order of Google. Google will not in any case connect your IP address with other data from Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by changing your browser setting, however, we inform you that in this case not all of the functions on the website might be available. By using this website you accept the processing of your data by Google in the way described and for the purpose mentioned before.

Conversion tracking with the Facebook Pixel
With your consent to the use of cookies we will use the Facebook Pixel by Facebook Inc. 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) on our website. This allows us to track the behaviour of users on our website after they have clicked on an advertisement on Facebook. This is used for analysing the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistics and market research and can help optimize future advertising campaigns.

The data collected are anonymous to us and therefore allow no inference on the user’s identity. However, Facebook saves and processes this data to connect it to Facebook profiles and uses the data for its own marketing measures in correspondence to the Facebook data policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). This allows Facebook and its partners to target you with advertisements on Facebook and outside of Facebook. Furthermore, a cookie might be installed on your computer for this purpose.

Consent to the use of the Facebook Pixel can only be given by users older than 13 years. If you are younger, please ask your legal guardian for assent.
