WINDOW
TYPES
Single, Double, and Triple hung. Open Out Casement, Open In
Casement, Awnings, True Paladins, Horizontal and Vertical Pivots,
French Windows and Doors. Virtually any type of window or door.
All units are individually manufactured to your specifications.
FRENCH WINDOWS
Any size or shape to duplicate the original or as per your
specifications.
BENT (BOW) WINDOWS
Available in double hung and casement with true divided lights,
single or insulated glazing or as per your specification.
CUSTOM DESIGN
ENJO will custom fabricate windows and doors in any size or shape
imaginable. Our design and engineering departments are at your
disposal to turn your creative concepts into lasting realities.
WOODS
Honduras Mahogany is our preferred material for its lasting
durability and rich natural beauty. Also available is a
combination teak interior and mahogany interior or any other
hardwood of your choice.
PREVENTIVE TREATMENT
Wood components are preservative treated with insecticide and
water repellent solution to protect against rot and decay in
accordance with A.W.I. standards 1002-4.
FRAME ASSEMBLY
Frame members are connected with dodoes or rabbeted joints set in
a sealant and screwed in place.
SASH ASSEMBLY
Connection between stiles and rails are mortise and tenon, coped
and glued with Type I exterior glue, set under pressure until dry
and pinned.
MUNTIN ASSEMBLY
Mortise and tenon and coped, glued with Type exterior glue set
under pressure until dry.

MUNTIN BAR WIDTH
7/8" muntins to receive single glass
1-1/8" muntins to receive 1/2" insulated glass

MUNTIN PROFILE
Duplicate any existing profile or as per your specification.
MUNTIN CONFIGURATION
True divided lights in any size or shape or as per your project
specification.
STEEL REINFORCED
All larger fixed windows and transoms have steel rods concealed
in the muntins for maximum strength and wind load.
COUNTER BALANCE TYPES FOR DOUBLE HUNG
Weight & pulley spiral or block and tacked.
WEATHER STRIPS
Zinc or Bronze for double hung windows and double compression for
casement, awning and full circle.
BALANCE/WEATHER STRIPS FOR DOUBLE HUNG
The 8400 Magnum balance/weather strip is designed specifically
for large and heavy windows.
The weather strip material is a rigid PVC vinyl that is abrasion
resistant, weatherproof and minimizes condensation and heat loss.
Backing up the vinyl is a strip of closed-cell foam that eases
the tile operation and minimizes air penetration.
CASEMENT HARDWARE
Stainless steel hinges, under screen roto gear operator and low
profile sash lock.
EURO HARDWARE
A unique 9 point double cylinder locking system designed
especially for French windows and doors.
GLAZING
Full range available 3/8" to 1-1/2" double ands triple
insulated units using clear, tinted, Low E, tempered or laminated
glass. Custom beveled, leaded or etched glass units made in any
design shape or size.
SCREENS
Exterior, interior, shaped tops and motorized types are
available.
SHUTTERS
Exterior in any size or shape with custom profiles.
CONCEALED SHUTTERS
These concealed interior window shutters areas those used in the
1820’s. When folded against the shutter pocket for storage,
the shutter forms part of the window paneling.
SHOP DRAWING
Included with each order. The landmark criteria drawings show
full elevation and details for your approval.
MOLDINGS
Can be made in any size or shape with no limitations. Choose from
100’s of standard profiles or as per your specification.
